Loyalty Program

The Repeat Renters Loyalty Program is a way for owners to thank their past guests for staying and to invite you to come stay again. Inquire with one of our Vacation Planners for current offers.



We're excited to welcome you for your visit. In order to make sure you have everything you need, we created this step-by-step guide to maximizing your experience. As always, let us know how else we can assist.

STEP 1: Book Your Stay

Just inquiring isn’t actually booking- complete the process online or call us for assistance!

STEP 2: Arrival Info

All your arrival information will be sent via .pdf, this is a vacation, so we like to keep it simple! For those who plan, read this so you have everything you need. Here's a highlight of the information that is included:

Property Address and Arrival Instructions: It's likely you can use your GPS to find the office for check in as well as getting to the property afterwards, but sometimes there are hints and tricks to getting to the right spot.

Getting in the Door: For security purposes, your key is uniquely coded. The details of how to check in after hours  are very important (especially if you're arriving late at night). Please make sure to review this before you arrive and follow the instructions accordingly. If you have questions- call or text the number provided on your paperwork.

Parking Information: Some properties have garages and others may require you to park in the driveway or on the street. Review our parking recommendations to avoid any hassles when you arrive.


Your journey should be just the right type of adventure without any unnecessary hassles. Want to rent bikes or surfboards? Want advice towards the best beaches for kids? Let us know and we can help. Our Policies are in place to ensure we can continue to offer our homes to guests for years to come. We appreciate you helping us by keeping these Policies in mind:

Code of Conduct: The property you are visiting is someone's home. We ask that you treat it as if it were your own. After every departure, an inspector visits the property to assess any damage. Again, we want you to have a great time, but we expect you to take good care of the property you're visiting. Any intentional or significant damage to the property will be your responsibility.

Noise Policy: In many of the cities where our homes are located there are fine structures for anyone that violates the noise policies. We want you to have a great time, but we also want to make sure you realize you're staying in a neighborhood. That's why we have a nighttime no-noise policy and a strict no party policy. While you may be on vacation, the neighbors likely have to be to work in the morning, so we ask you to please be respectful at all times.

Pet Policy: If you're staying in one of our pet-friendly properties, we want Fido to have a great time too. We encourage you to bring your pet with you and not to leave him/her behind. If you’re not staying in a pet friendly home, but have visitors with pets we ask that you speak to the office before just having guest animals over. In most cases no pets means no pets and this includes all visiting animals. Also, please note that your pet fee is not a deposit, but instead a fee that goes toward the additional cleaning and wear and tear the house endures by hosting a pet.

No Smoking Policy: As is referenced in our contracts, all homes are smoke-free. There is no smoking permitted inside or in the outdoor areas of the home. If you need to light up, we encourage you to go for a walk and explore the neighborhood.



Checking out is a breeze! Here's how it works:

Start Dishwasher: Simply start the dishwasher so that we can be ready for the next guest. If you’re able to also put them away- extra points for you!

Take Out the Trash: For specifics on where the trash bins are located, please review the .pdf you received.

Lock Up: If your property is equipped with a smart lock, simply close all the doors and lock the front door behind you. If you used a key, please lock all the doors and return the key to the key box.
